  • Required qualifications include a valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, two years of combined relevant education/work experience, strong technical aptitude, and troubleshooting skills for Windows, Mac, and iOS operating systems.
  • Preferred qualifications include ITIL Foundation and HDI Desktop Support Technician certifications, customer service experience, and prior higher education technology support experience.
  • Salary rate is $24.33 per hour.
  • Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs., and perform physical tasks such as squatting and crawling to access work areas.
