Requires knowledge obtained from a high school diploma or GED plus minimum 2 years of technology support experience or equivalent combination.
Preferred experience in a large or federated environment, strong communication skills, and familiarity with IT risk, accessibility, and security practices.
Compensation ranges from $16.84 to $21.48 per hour with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, sick leave, vacation, tuition waiver, and retirement plan.
