Minimum qualification: High school diploma and one year of relevant experience; preferred associate's degree in IT or related field.
Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office, networking concepts, help desk systems, and remote support tools.
Compensation range: $18.27 - $24.04 per hour ($38,000 - $50,000 annually).
