Job Summary
The JSOM Administrative Support – Temporary Full-Time position provides essential administrative support to the Career Management Center at the Jindal School of Management. This full-time temporary role is responsible for managing the internship approval process by reviewing submissions, ensuring compliance with established requirements, and communicating with students to resolve issues. The position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling a high volume of administrative tasks in a professional academic environment.
Minimum Education and Experience | .High school graduate or equivalent.
Preferred Education and Experience |
Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience working with database systems such as PeopleSoft is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review internship approval submissions for accuracy and completeness. Communicate with students to gather missing or incomplete information. Track and monitor the status of submissions to ensure timely processing. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to internship approvals. Assist with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed. Provide general administrative support to the JSOM Career Management Center.
