Job Summary  | Job SummaryThe JSOM Administrative Support – Temporary position provides critical administrative support to the Career Management Center at the Jindal School of Management. This part-time role supports the internship approval process by reviewing submissions, ensuring compliance with established requirements, and communicating with students as needed. The position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced academic environment.
Minimum Education and Experience  | High school graduate or equivalent: Some college coursework or relevant experience.
Preferred Education and Experience  | Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience working with database systems such as PeopleSoft is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Other Qualifications  | To the extent this position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Section 117.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position.
