The Junior Business Systems Administration is an entry-level role that provides essential support for the Business Systems Team. This role serves as the first point of contact for end users requesting enhancements or seeking assistance with our internal systems supporting front-of-house teams, such as Salesforce.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
•             Primarily responsible for managing and resolving tier 1 requests, ensuring compliance with established Service Level Agreements. Duties may include investigating errors, light Salesforce configuration, mass data updates, and report and dashboard generation.
•             Configure changes for tickets within our development and release process.
•             Test and QA changes with peers and/or users as applicable.
•             Provide backup for user management activities across multiple business systems, including creating monthly user lists and enabling and disabling access when individuals join and leave the organization.
•             Keep current on the latest system releases and professional development.
•             Perform other duties as assigned.
 
 YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
•             Good understanding of database structure
•             Good understanding of Salesforce 
•             Ability to think strategically and understand long-term impacts of today’s decisions while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
•             Ability to inform and escalate to the appropriate people when certain changes are requested
•             Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to establish strong relationships with internal customers
•             Follow IT best practices, including data governance, security controls, release processes, and overall platform maintenance.
•             Ability to manage and prioritize multiple priorities simultaneously 
•             Previous experience in customer support, computer operations, system administration, or another related area 
•             Bachelor’s degree
 
IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAVE:
•             Salesforce Administrator Certification
•             Experience with additional Salesforce products, such as Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and/or Pardot
•             Experience with other enterprise applications such as Atlassian Jira, Docusign, Concur, Miro
•             Experience with data manipulation
