About the Role:
As a CBRE L&D Program Coordinator, you will provide basic administrative and logistical support to the learning and development team as well as play a critical role in supporting the successful execution of learning initiatives. This includes project documentation preparation, scheduling L&D meetings, extensive team coordination, and tracking and reporting project progress.

This role is part of the Program Management function. The team is responsible for the management of programs from initiation through completion.

What You’ll Do:
  • Handle all administrative tasks essential for the successful operation of learning programs.
  • Track participant progress, gather necessary resources, and perform regular reporting on program status.
  • Serve as a dedicated resource support for various programs.
  • Document processes space to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Create informative job aids, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support employee training processes.
  • Provide support for national accounts, collaborating with teams across different time zones.
  • Schedule meetings and develop communication plans to ensure effective information flow amongst teams and stakeholders regarding programs.
  • Enter program information and data accurately into program management technology tools.

What You’ll Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Google Workspace and Microsoft Office: Foundational knowledge of Google Workspace (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in program coordination and improvement. 
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups
