Responsibilities:

Partner with executive business leaders, stakeholders, and Medidata teams to structure and enable the successful integration of your learning experience with Medidata initiatives, services, and offerings.

Proactively collaborate with executive business leaders, colleagues, SMEs, and stakeholders to produce impactful learning results.
On a continuous basis, integrate voice-of-the-customer (VOC) feedback into requirements and outcomes. Interface with clients to collect and action quantitative and qualitative feedback for your assigned scope of work.
Demonstrate clear and enabling communication to drive successful outcomes and foster a community of mutual support across teams and projects.
Act as an independent representative of Medidata Global Education in direct client learning and enablement contexts.
Ideate, innovate, and advocate to action transformative changes in learning solutions design that benefit both customer learning success and business growth.
Independently establish and maintain strong, productive partnerships and enabling interactions with colleagues, management, functional peer leads, subordinate supervisors, company SMEs, and other stakeholders.
Develop and conduct workstreams, working teams, and work groups to enable the successful delivery of targeted outcomes using consensus agreement and continuous feedback leadership models.
Proactively develop and deliver real-time status reporting and presentations, including technical information, regarding scope of work, specific projects, or schedules.
Provide direct supervision to contracted professional individual contributors and/or skilled, support individual contributors (e.g., technicians, designers, support personnel).
Provide matrix management and direction to Medidata Global Education individual contributors and/or contracted support individual contributors (e.g., technicians, designers, support personnel).

Qualifications:

Exceptional team/project manager, leader, and demonstrated experience as a role model for a team of Instructional Designers
Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models, information mapping, persona development, learning path development
Demonstrate advanced skills and expertise in technical lesson and curriculum planning, video learning and development, eLearning and ILT course content development
Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate about Medidata Global Education in customer-facing scenarios.
Independently, proactively learn and understand complex software products and write structured course content in a consistent fashion, using content models and adhering to established governance models
Deep proficiency in Instructional Design, SCORM, Articulate Storyline, Confluence, Google Workspace (G Suite), PhotoShop, Camtasia
Excellent partnership, peer-peer collaboration, and organizational/time management skills
Positive, responsive, and proactive leader comfortable driving change and innovating in support of targeted objectives

The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the NYC Metro Area is $96,000.00 – 128,000.00
The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the California Bay Area is $101,250.00 – 135,000.00
The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the Boston Metro Area is $94,500.00 – 126,000.00
The salary range for positions that will be physically based in Texas or Ohio is $84,375.00 – 112,750.00
The salary range for positions that will be physically based in all other locations within the United States is $85,500 – 114,00.00

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Medidata provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
