At WGU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their position, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

Work Location
This is a full-time, remote role based in the United States. Candidates located in the Eastern U.S. are strongly preferred. Some travel will be required.

As a Lead Partnership Executive, you will play a critical role in advancing WGU's mission by building enterprise-level partnerships that expand access to education and workforce solutions at scale. This role focuses on strategic business development, executive engagement, and national market growth while shaping how organizations invest in talent development.

What You'll Do
  • Drive new enterprise partnerships aligned to WGU's mission and strategic priorities
  • Lead consultative business development with C-suite leaders and national decision-makers

  • Coach and guide Account Executives and Senior Account Executives on enterprise sales best practices
  • Partner closely with Partner Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term partner outcomes

This position requires occasional travel of up to 25%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year).
