Highlights

  • Support quality assurance for scheduling, documentation, and manage educational/promotional materials for participants.
  • Coordinate with external services for specimen processing and provide emergency support at Chapel Hill site.
  • Required skills include proficiency with REDCap, HealthPro, ASA24, Actilife, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), phlebotomy experience or willingness to learn, and strong verbal communication/explanatory skills.
  • Minimum qualification is a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; position requires flexible scheduling including early mornings, weekends, and some travel between Kannapolis and Chapel Hill.
  • Compensation is set at $24.04 per hour for full-time temporary employment (40 hours/week) lasting 6 to 11 months.
