Highlights

Manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities of research compliance programs under the Director of Research Integrity.
Assist with protocol applications, review, approval, and provide guidance on regulatory compliance.
Support electronic compliance systems and deliver training workshops on Responsible Conduct of Research.
Maintain IRB Authorization Agreements and monitor ClinicalTrials.gov records for compliance.
Develop meeting documents, record technical minutes, and communicate committee decisions to researchers.
Required skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
Preferred qualifications include familiarity with federal regulations on human subjects, animal care, biosafety, and experience in research ethics and compliance training.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant experience in research compliance or as a research assistant/associate.
This position offers an anticipated salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 and is grant funded with a calendar year full-time limited appointment.
Works closely with diverse groups including researchers, students, committee chairs, and various university departments.
