Position Description:
The Lead Sales & Training Education Specialist leads facilitation and delivery of sales training programs to for agents to help achieve shortened learning curves and increased sales.

Position Location:
- This is a hybrid role working partially in-office and partially from home.
What you do:
- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive virtual sessions including virtual classrooms and workshops.
- Facilitates virtual group activities and discussions with participants.
- Maintains accurate records of virtually lead events.
- Leads and manages organization of virtual events.
- Manages virtual training platforms, keeping up to date on updates or changes.
- Assesses, designs, and evaluates training content.
- Manages and directs the development of training courses using adult learning principles.
- Assists with content design and coordination of breakout sessions for major company conferences throughout the year.
- Evaluates data and feedback as required in order to provide measurements as to the effectiveness of training programs.
- Manages training projects including the functions of needs analysis, product demonstrations, reporting progress, and following the project through to completion.
- Communicates with management to recommend training enhancements.
- Identifies gaps in effectiveness of existing and future training.
- May be responsible for delegating tasks to team interns, work assignments, and scheduling.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 3-5 years related experience (training, teaching, facilitating) required.
- Prior Insurance and/or Financial Services experience preferred.
- Series 6 FINRA License (required to obtain within first year of employment if not currently held)
- High Organizational and time management skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Advanced PowerPoint Design skills preferred.
- Knowledge of Video Editing Software, Adobe, and/or Salesforce preferred.

About this Position's Pay
The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package (see above for details). This position will be eligible to participate in our Short-Term Incentive Plan with the annual target defined by the plan.
