The Learning Advisor for Collaborative Learning assists in bringing the collaborative learning discipline to life across the organization. This role supports the design, launch, and sustainment of peer-driven learning communities, manages social learning technology, and produces high-impact learning events. The Learning Advisor serves as a key connector between the collaborative learning function and the broader learning ecosystem, ensuring that social and formal learning reinforce one another to build lasting capability across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Plans, schedules, and executes Guild Network in-person and hybrid events, workshops, and workforce modernization programs, managing all venue logistics, attendee coordination, technology setup, and post-event follow-up activities.
  • Coordinates with cross-functional teams including Technology, Marketing, Facilities, and the People Team to ensure successful event delivery and alignment with TIAA brand standards.
  • Collaborates with learning design and development colleagues to identify where community touchpoints, peer challenges, and real-world application moments can be integrated into formal learning programs.
  • Maintains knowledge hubs, learning assets, and operational materials to ensure easy access and reusability across the organization, including uploading and managing AI learning videos to Allego and other platforms.
  • Evaluates available training programs and provides recommendations to the Director of Collaborative Learning to enhance community learning experiences.
  • Partners with subject matter experts to curate and organize resources supporting guild activities and technology partnerships.
  • Drafts and manages Guild Network communications including updates, invitations, event recaps, volunteer recognition, and documentation, while maintaining communication calendars to ensure timely stakeholder updates.
  • Develops content and implements Viva Engage strategy for the Guild Network to drive engagement and community building across the enterprise.
  • Supports data collection, dashboard updates, and trend analysis for guild participation, hybrid work metrics, and program effectiveness, and prepares executive summaries and presentations for leadership review.
  • Assists with vendor scheduling, invoice tracking, budget updates, and financial reconciliation, ensuring compliance with TIAA procurement and expense policies.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
