Job Summary

The Learning and Development Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the learning management system across the ERMCO Enterprise. This remote role focuses on enhancing the technical and operational functions of the LMS system. A strong emphasis on data collection and measurement of training impact. This position is remote in the following states: FL, GA, IL, KS, NC, NE, SD, TN, TX, WI, WY

Serve as the subject matter expert for user management, permissions, and learning cohorts.
Monitor system usage and generate accurate reports for stakeholders.
Provide first-line technical support and user education.

Ensure accessibility of asynchronous and live learning events.
Track enrollments, completions, and support facilitators.
