Job Details

Ibotta is seeking a Senior Training Consultant to join our People Team. In this role you will design, deliver, and continuously improve high-impact learning programs that build skills, strengthen culture, and enable business performance. You’ll partner closely with leaders, HRBPs, and external vendors to create engaging, scalable learning experiences that make a lasting impact.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:
  • Partner with business and HR leaders to assess needs, identify skill gaps, and design end-to-end training programs that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Create and facilitate scalable learning experiences, from leadership development to team-based sessions, using tools like DiSC and 360 Feedback to build collaboration and shared norms.
  • Embed learning into the flow of work by equipping managers and teams with tools for coaching, reinforcement, and accountability.
  • Leverage multiple learning modalities (instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, AI-enabled) to deliver programs that scale across a hybrid workforce.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments and feedback, refining content for continuous improvement.
  • Manage LMS operations and external vendor partnerships to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery.

What we are looking for:
  • 6+ years in learning & development, with experience designing and facilitating impactful training programs.
  • BS/BA in Business, Psychology, Human Resource Management or a related field preferred
  • Proven ability to consult with leaders and translate business needs into targeted learning solutions.
  • Exceptional grasp of adult learning principles and experience engaging both learners and managers to drive behavior change.
  • Skilled facilitator comfortable with audiences from new hires to senior leaders.
  • Experience with DiSC, Hogan, or 360 Feedback tools in training environments.
  • Proficient in blended learning design, content development, and program evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; strong project management and self-direction.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning tools (Articulate, Captivate, or Adobe) preferred.

  • Base compensation range: $112,000 - $126,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
