We are seeking a Coordinator for Learning and Organizational Development to join our Home Office team! The Coordinator will report to the Sr. Director and is responsible for supporting the Senior Director and will initially focus on all levels of learning administration management, performance management administration and training coordination. The role will be a hybrid role with 3 days in the Waltham Office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Learning Management System Administration (50%)
- Setup and maintain courses (modules) curriculums (training plans)
- Manage learner assignments
- Track and report on training
Training Coordination (40%)
- Schedules and sets up training rooms for home office in-person training
- Manages the inventory of training and orders materials as appropriate
- Creates the monthly training communication to managers
Other Responsibilities (10%)
- Provides internal customer support to home office and community associates
- Provides standard monthly training reports as identified by leadership
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of Training Coordination helpful
- 1-2 years of LMS Administration helpful
