We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Training & Development Manager to lead our onboarding and e-learning content development initiatives for our commercial organization. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, delivering and optimizing training programs that equip our sales teams with the knowledge and skills needed to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. Drive the adoption of training programs and foster a culture of continuous learning across the commercial org.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
3-5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or a related field, with a focus on onboarding and e-learning content development.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Captivate, or similar platforms.
