About the Role
We are seeking a Learning & Development Facilitator who will play a key role in strengthening the skills, capabilities, and career pathways of our growing workforce. In this onsite position, you’ll partner with technical leaders, Sales teams, NOC teams, field operations, and People & Culture to build and facilitate programs that enhance performance, support operational excellence, and prepare employees for a rapidly evolving network service environment. 

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will design scalable learning solutions, facilitate engaging training experiences, and lead continuous improvements that directly influence our culture and future growth. 

What You’ll Do

Learning Strategy & Program Development
  • Develop and execute a strategic L&D roadmap aligned to organizational priorities and workforce capability needs. 
  • Design and customize learning programs spanning onboarding, compliance, technical upskilling, leadership development, and career progression. 
  • Build blended learning experiences using instructor-led training, virtual delivery, eLearning modules, simulations, practice labs, job aids, and multimedia tools. 
Training Delivery & Content Creation
  • Own end-to-end training delivery, from curriculum planning to logistics, communication, scheduling, and follow-up. 
  • Facilitate live training sessions and workshops that drive engagement, skill adoption, and real-world application. 
  • Create high-quality learning content, including facilitator guides, eLearning courses, videos, assessments, and reference materials. 
Partnership & Capability Building
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps, performance barriers, and emerging capability requirements across technical and operational teams. 
  • Partner with managers and subject matter experts to translate business challenges into targeted learning solutions. 
  • Support leaders in building team capability plans and development roadmaps. 
Evaluation, Metrics & Continuous Improvement
  • Define success criteria for learning programs and measure effectiveness through participation, feedback, performance outcomes, and operational metrics. 
  • Analyze data and provide insights that influence future curriculum design and strategic decision-making. 
  • Maintain accurate training records and contribute to building a scalable, modern learning ecosystem. 

Requirements

What You Bring
 
Required Qualifications  
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Marketing, Education, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate learning facilitation, classroom teaching, curriculum development, marketing, or talent development. 
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage learners across multiple levels. 
  • Experience with eLearning design and authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS/virtual delivery platforms (e.g., MS Teams). 
  • Solid knowledge of instructional design best practices and adult learning principles. 
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, project management, and organizational skills. 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in organizational development, change management, or leadership development. 
  • Certifications in assessment tools such as Working Genius, Meyers Briggs, CliftonStrengths, Hogan, or DiSC. 
  • Familiarity with coaching practices and leadership development frameworks.
