What You’ll Do:
• Coach and Lead Trainers: Supervise and mentor a team of trainers, building their capacity to deliver high-impact learning across multiple locations.
• Manage Training Operations: Oversee the training calendar and coordinate schedules across our school and residential programs.
• Promote Learning Culture: Design and deliver training strategies that foster ongoing development at all levels of the organization.
• Leverage Technology: Implement modern, tech-forward training solutions, including virtual and hybrid delivery.
• Monitor Quality Through Data: Collect, analyze, and report on training participation, outcomes, and satisfaction to ensure program effectiveness.
• Certify and Deliver Core Training: Become certified and lead re-certifications in Safety Care, CPR, First Aid, and AED as needed.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with HR, clinical, and operational teams to align training with organizational goals.
 
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in education, training, HR, or a related field
• 2–3 years of leadership experience in training or talent development
• Proven ability to coach others, manage projects, and deliver training to diverse audiences
• Strong data analysis, communication, and tech skills (LMS experience preferred)
• Experience with or willingness to become certified in Safety Care, CPR, First Aid, and AED
