WeDriveU is seeking a highly skilled and organized Learning and Development Project Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of engaging e-learning modules. This role will be responsible for transforming Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into interactive learning content, managing project timelines, and working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure high-quality learning
experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, a passion for instructional design, and the ability to create impactful learning solutions from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
 Oversee the creation and implementation of e-learning modules from start to
finish.
 Collaborate with SMEs to extract key content and objectives, ensuring
alignment with organizational learning goals.
 Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of e-learning modules.
 Lead the development of interactive learning content (videos, quizzes,
assessments, etc.) using e-learning authoring tools.
 Track and report on project progress, risks, and opportunities for
improvement.
 Ensure e-learning modules are engaging, accessible, and effective for all
learners.
 Continuously evaluate and enhance learning experiences based on feedback
and emerging best practices.
 Coordinate with various teams to integrate e-learning modules into the
Learning Management System (LMS).
 Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:
 Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources,
Business, or a related field.
 Proven experience (3+ years) in learning and development, e-learning
development, or instructional design.
 Strong project management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead
cross-functional projects to successful completion.
 Expertise in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe
Captivate, Lectora, etc.).
 Experience working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and
refine training content.
 Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning
deployment best practices.
 Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning
principles.
 Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines,
and work in a fast-paced environment.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present
complex information in a clear and engaging way.
