Facilitate engaging virtual training sessions with a strong emphasis on systems training and employee readiness.
Manage the LMS by uploading content, tracking learner progress, generating reports, and troubleshooting issues.
Conduct regular check-ins with new hires to assess progress, resolve concerns, and provide targeted support.
Lead live walkthroughs of EHR and clinical tools, helping team members navigate key workflows and processes.
Continuously refine and enhance training effectiveness based on feedback and performance outcomes.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in L&D, training, or curriculum development.
Background in customer service, project coordination, or technical support with a focus on end-user training.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Experience delivering live training sessions virtually or in person.
