Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday (business hours; hybrid schedule) 

Pay Range: $58,000–$62,000 per year

The Position
Mountain Land Physical Therapy is hiring a detail-oriented, organized Learning & Development Specialist to support the delivery and maintenance of employee training programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building clear, consistent learning experiences including developing and updating training materials, coordinating training execution, and administering assignments through an LMS. Your work helps our teams deliver excellent patient and employee experiences while staying compliant and aligned to our standards. 

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and update training materials and eLearning modules using provided outlines, templates, and learning objectives 
  • Maintain and version-control training content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with established standards 
  • Upload, assign, and track training completion in the Mountain Land’s learning management system (LMS), specifically TalentLMS. 
  • Coordinate training schedules, materials, and communications 
  • Perform routine updates to compliance and job-specific training content as instructed 
  • Collect learner feedback and report training issues, errors, or improvement opportunities to leadership 
  • Support training launches by verifying assignment accuracy, due dates, and reporting 
  • Present in-person trainings as needed and support a positive learner experience 

Success Looks Like
  • Assigned training materials are completed by required deadlines 
  • Training content remains accurate and consistent with provided standards 
  • Training assignments are administered, tracked, and reported on time 
  • Fewer training errors and reduced rework due to improved clarity and quality 

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience supporting corporate training, learning operations, or instructional design 
  • Ability to follow established procedures and instructional standards with strong attention to detail 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; comfortable managing multiple timelines 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 
  • Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements
 Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience administering training through an LMS (preferably TalentLMS) 
  • Experience in a healthcare setting (preferably physical therapy) 
  • Experience using Guidde or other AI-enabled L&D tools 
  • Experience with project management software and influencing stakeholders throughout the project life cycle 
  • Ability to present in front of groups for in-person trainings
