This role is also responsible for collaborating with staff, subject matter experts, and leadership for the deployment of courses and training materials that enhance the competencies of employees at all levels and align with the strategic efforts of the organization.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and organize learning events across the organization. Maintain and publish training calendars, communicate offerings, and manage all event logistics including, but not limited to, IT setup, speaker coordination, venue and catering arrangements, printed materials, and documentation, to ensure smooth and effective delivery.
- Manage course rosters, and eLearning courses in the Learning Management System (LMS). Proactively communicate course events, expectations, and follow up with participants and leadership.
- Identify, track, and analyze key learning and development metrics across delivery formats. Create dynamic data visualizations and reports to evaluate program effectiveness and provide actionable insights for leadership and strategic planning.
- Support the design and delivery of online learning experiences, including the Learning and Development website, virtual programs, and annual trainings. Apply adult learning principles to support the creation of engaging, effective learnings across digital platforms.
- Collaborate interdepartmentally and cross functionally to ensure accurate and timely reporting on all Learning and Development success metrics.
- Oversee relationships with learning and development vendors, including managing contracts and renewals, tracking and curating vendor-provided content, and ensuring a positive and productive partnership to support organizational learning goals.
Supporting Responsibilities:
- Travel to various PacificSource offices to deliver training.
- Model and encourage PacificSource values.
- Meet department and company performance and attendance expectations.
- Follow the PacificSource privacy policy and HIPAA laws and regulations concerning confidentiality and security of protected health information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SUCCESS PROFILE
Work Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and coordinating learning and development programs. Experience should include organizing training logistics, supporting digital learning initiatives, and maintaining training records. Experience in a service-oriented environment is preferred.
Education, Certificates, Licenses: Requires Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Education, Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent years of additional relevant experience in lieu of degree required.
Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Familiar with eLearning technologies, such as Articulate Storyline or Captivate. Experience with Learning Management Systems. Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage and adapt to change and deal with ambiguity.

Environment: Work inside in a general office setting with ergonomically configured equipment. Travel is required approximately up to 20% of the time.
