Job description
Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist - IDRE
Department: IDRE Performance and Enablement

The IDRE Performance and Enablement team serves as the regulatory and operational enablement function for the Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) business. The team translates regulatory requirements, system configuration changes, and production insights into consistent, defensible operational execution.

This function partners closely with Compliance, Configuration/Development, QA, and Operations to reduce interpretation variance, accelerate productivity, and maintain audit-ready standards in a federally regulated arbitration environment.

Position Summary:
The Learning and Development Specialist leads the delivery and reinforcement of onboarding, system change deployment, and targeted performance remediation within the IDRE function. This role ensures consistent adoption of regulatory standards and configuration updates while partnering with Operations and QA to address performance variance. 

This position serves as the operational learning partner to business leaders and works closely with the Instructional Designer to provide field insight, learner trends, and reinforcement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
· Facilitate complex onboarding, certification, and system training programs.
· Lead high-visibility or business-critical initiatives.
· Model advanced facilitation and learner engagement techniques.
· Deliver scenario-based and application-driven sessions.
· Partner with QA and leadership to address performance gaps.
· Identify learner readiness risks and recommend reinforcement plans.
· Support change management initiatives through learning enablement.
· Serve as Learning and Development liaison to assigned operational units.
· Provide trend analysis on learner readiness and adoption challenges.
· Support performance-driven learning strategy conversations.
· Provide real-time feedback on curriculum effectiveness.
· Share learner trends and operational friction points.
· Partner on updating content based on QA data.
· Support piloting and rollout of newly designed programs.
 
Qualifications:
- 5 - 8+ years in corporate training or Learning and Development roles.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating complex, regulated training.
- Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills.
        - Experience interpreting QA and performance metrics.

The anticipated salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role will be above (not including discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits).
