Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers.  The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding Revolutionaries in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.

The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in the business operation team. The Manager, Learning & Knowledge management, will drive cross-functional learning and capabilities building programs. This role requires expertise in adult learning, knowledge management, instructional design, training execution, and communications to work with functional stakeholders and execute a wide portfolio of learning solutions and growth initiatives.
  • Manage and facilitate department learning initiatives including new hire onboarding, best practices forums and department training.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess learning needs, identify existing solutions or co-create program content.
  • Lead adoption and administration of the new Workday Learning Management System (LSM) including system configuration, managing user accounts, assigning courses, review and post new content and oversee day-to-day operations of the system.
  • Identify emerging best practices within RevMed and work with subject matter experts to host learning forums and create training resources to embed those practices across studies, teams and programs.
  • Work with training participants and their managers after programs to improve knowledge transfer and application of new skills.
  • Coordinate and execute training programs including scheduling, enrollment, meeting logistics and course evaluations for employees.
  • Generate and analyze learning reports on course completion, learner progress, and system usage.
  • Evaluate learning and recommend enhancements to improve learning experience and learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to drive department awareness and utilization of RevMed curriculum and learning opportunities (LinkedIn Learning, Career Hub, Management Development, Guest Speakers, etc).
  • Actively contribute to the Business and R&D Operation.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:
  • BS/BA degree in related discipline and at least 5 years of related experience as part of L&D, organizational development, talent development or operational excellence in a biotech/pharmaceutical organization.​ 
  • Strong expertise in learning management systems (LMS) and content design Software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to distill the key points into a succinct summary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact daily with diverse cross-functional internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Proactive, and collaborative team-player with high energy to keep pace with our growing and evolving company environment.  
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-minded, results-oriented, and driven to complete projects on time with high quality.  
  • Adaptable, proactive personality style that can prioritize, quickly adapt to changing conditions.
  • Able to function independently in a fluid environment under tight timelines.
  • Advanced capability with MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

The base pay salary range for this full-time position for candidates working onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA is listed below. The range displayed on each job posting is intended to be the base pay salary range for an individual working onsite in Redwood City and will be adjusted for the local market a candidate is based in. Our base pay salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual base pay salary is determined by multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, market dynamics, and relevant education or training.
