What you'll do here:
  • Plan, coordinate, and prioritize sales strategies to achieve established sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a Territory Plan for the assigned open territories using sales tools and resources including Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with fellow sales team members to reach sales targets in open territories and regions.
  • Participate in the planning process to develop informed District Business Plans.
  • Develop and follow through on daily plans to optimize sales potential.
  • Represent and promote Cengage products to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close sales via phone, email, and technology demonstrations.
  • Sell Cengage Unlimited and Online Learning Products.
  • Advance sales calls and manage relationships with key decision makers.
  • Exhibit proficient use of technology communication tools.
  • Update and maintain our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Report to the District Manager as required.
  • Fulfill team support roles as needed.
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with other members of the sales team.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.$41,500.00 - $53,950.00 USD
