This Position reports to:Leadership Learning Cluster Lead
 
In this role, you will  facilitate the corporate leadership learning programs virtually and in person for the Americas cluster. Each day, you will support the employees participating in the Learn, Connect, Grow ecosystem to optimize their learning experience. You will also showcase your expertise by implementing the Learn, Connect, Grow strategy within the Americas region. 

The preferred locations for this role are in North America, but other locations in the Americas are also possible.

Working model is: hybrid #LI-hybrid

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and moderate leadership learning programs (virtual and in-person) for the assigned cluster,  ensuring alignment with global frameworks and local context 
  • Guide and coach learners through their development journeys by embedding learning through action learning, peer exchange, coaching, and application activities 
  • Optimize the learner experience across cohorts by tailoring delivery to reflect local languages, cultures, and business realities 
  • Create a high-impact learning environment that supports participants in achieving learning objectives and behaviour change 
  • Ensure timely and accurate program administration, using systems and cross-functional coordination to ensure high-quality learner experience 

Experience
  • At least 5 years experience working in Learning and People development function
  • Significant experience facilitating learning programs 
  • Demonstrable team management experience  (project leadership is also relevant) 
  • Well developed data analysis skills  
  • Finely tuned communication and presentation skills 
  • Proven stakeholder management in a dynamic environment 
  • Proficient  in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual delivery platforms 
  • Professional coaching certificate is preferred
