Do you have what we are looking for?

Skills & expertise

4+ years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing impactful training programs
At least 2 years of experience in the patient hub or healthcare services industry
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and agile learning project management is a strong plus
Solid understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them effectively
Experience in curriculum design, development, and implementation
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Skilled at building consensus, driving collaboration, and aligning teams around shared goals
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment with cross-functional teams

Salary range (for US roles only) - $66,160 - $90,000
