Job Overview 
The Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator I supports the delivery, coordination, and continuous improvement of training programs that enhance the skills and performance of teammates. This role combines facilitation, content maintenance, and operational support for L&D initiatives, ensuring learning experiences are accurate, engaging, and aligned with business priorities. Working under guidance from senior team members, the L&D Coordinator I partners with subject matter experts, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to execute learning solutions that prepare employees for success in their roles. 

What You'll Do:
  • Facilitate small-group ILT/VILT training sessions. 
  • Coordinate logistics for training programs (room setup, technology readiness, materials). 
  • Maintain and update existing content and job aids. 
  • Upload, track, and report on training completions in LMS. 
  • Partner with SMEs to validate content accuracy. 
  • Assist in creating eLearning content and microlearning resources. 
  • Communicate with participants and stakeholders. 
  • Collect and compile learner feedback. 

What We're Looking For:
  • 1–2 years professional work experience in coordination, admin, training, or customer-facing role. 
  • Strong MS Office skills. 
  • Familiarity with LMS and virtual platforms. 
  • Comfortable speaking to small groups. 
  • Strong organizational skills. 

Preferred: 
  • Associate’s/Bachelor’s in Education, Communication, or related field. 
  • Experience facilitating onboarding/training. 
  • Familiarity with eLearning tools. 
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles.
