Learning & Development Manager
We are looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to build a world-class learning culture that accelerates growth and performance across GrowthZone. This role will design and deliver scalable learning strategies that empower employees to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. As part of the People Operations team, you’ll lead initiatives that strengthen onboarding, role-based development, leadership capability, and continuous learning—ensuring alignment with business objectives and our CLIMB values: Collaborate, Learn, Integrity, Modernize, and Best.

A typical day involves partnering with leaders across departments to identify learning needs, designing impactful programs using modern learning tools, and measuring their success through data-driven insights. You’ll oversee our Learning Management System (LMS), build engaging learning content, and help shape GrowthZone’s internal learning brand—creating an environment where every employee can grow and succeed.

After one year, you’ll know you were successful if:
  • You’ve launched a best-in-class onboarding program that shortens ramp-up time and enhances new hire engagement.
  • Role-based learning paths are implemented and actively used to drive performance and career progression.
  • Leadership development programs are well-attended and result in measurable improvements in leadership effectiveness.
  • Employee engagement and retention metrics show a positive impact from learning initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development, ideally in a high-growth or technology-driven organization.
  • Proven success designing and implementing scalable learning programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, and modern learning technologies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high ambiguity.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and content development tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in SaaS or private equity-backed companies preferred.

Salary and Benefits
At GrowthZone, we are committed to offering competitive compensation aligned with employee qualifications. The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000, determined based on individual experience, skills, and internal parity.

We provide a comprehensive benefits package for our full-time team members, including medical, dental, and vision plans with company contributions to HSAs/FSAs, company-paid life insurance, long-term disability coverage, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match. Employees also benefit from bi-weekly payroll, Responsible Time Off (RTO), 13 paid holidays, and 10 days of Sick and Safe Time annually. Our core business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CT, with managers able to approve flexible or compressed schedules to support work-life balance.
