POSITION SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Learning & Development leader to drive regional initiatives across North America. This role partners with senior leadership and People & Culture to design, deliver, and measure impactful L&D programs—from onboarding and leadership development to succession planning and performance management. You’ll manage our LMS (Litmos), report on learning ROI, and ensure alignment between global strategy and local workforce needs. The ideal candidate brings strong facilitation, instructional design expertise, and proven experience shaping learning strategies that enable business growth.

Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Developing & executing regional L&D initiatives in line with wider People strategy.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to assess training needs of local workforce.
  • L&D Program design and delivery including TTC Induction, Leadership, Mentorship, Professional Development etc.
  • Business Partnership to Senior Leadership within North America, ensuring local needs are supported and trends are identified within the global matrix.
  • Ensuring alignment with global L&D strategies and local workforce requirements.
  • Partner with P&C to ensure Performance Management processes are implemented, reported and actioned across the region, including performance reviews, talent reviews and succession planning.
  • Report on key learning metrics, demonstrating ROI on learning activations.
  • Managing budgets and resources for training programs.
  • Management and optimisation of Learning Management System (Litmos).

  • High level facilitation skills to deliver effective and engaging presentations and training sessions (F2F and online), to participants of diverse learning styles.
  • Instructional Design – Digital/Live Learning tools in line with modern learning principles
  • Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to effectively communicate and influence at all organisational levels.
  • Business Partnership and Commercial focus to align development activities to business needs
  • Action-Oriented to target and achieve results and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to plan and organise to develop detailed training plans aligned with company goals
  • Internal & External Customer-centricity.

 YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE 
  • Tertiary Qualifications in HR, L&D, OD, Learning Design etc. - Highly regarded
  • Minimum 7 years developing and delivering training in corporate environment
  • Psychometric and Coaching Accreditation – Highly Regarded
  • Instructional Design experience essential – live, online, digital tools
 
SALARY DESCRIPTION - $90,000 - $110,000
