Job Description

The L&D Learner Experience team ensures the successful delivery of learning programs/events by providing outstanding client service and teaming effectively across various functional groups. Supports the planning, logistics, delivery, registration, learning management system updates, reporting and may include instructor sourcing and live session operational support.

Baseline Requirements

Candidates without this knowledge/experience should not be submitted:

  • Technical: Strong Excel/Google sheets skills (i.e. pivots, reporting, etc.)
  • Systems: Learning Management System (LMS) or comparable system knowledge; Cvent or Cornerstone system experience.
  • Project Management: Managing multiple priorities; writing skills (clear concise emails, announcement writing, etc.)
  • Delivery: Onsite or Virtual event delivery experience.

Knowledge & Skills Preferred

Knowledge Areas
  • Leveraging technology to support on demand and live, instructor-led training.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) functionality to enhance the learner experience.
  • Establishing effective networks and supervise onsite resources to accomplish implementation of L&D program.
  • Operational expertise in implementation of large scale events, process and logistics planning, onsite event set up.

  • Logistics: Managing event logistics (e.g., registration, A/V production, learner relations).
  • Financials: Maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues.
