  • Drive and support the use of training resources by identifying and removing adoption barriers, marketing new programs, collecting feedback, and sharing success stories.
  • Collaborate on the design and facilitation of regional and annual conference training frameworks and content to drive engagement and behavior change (e.g., supporting network content submission for local websites).
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support or eventually lead the Training Council (currently managed by Melissa), including its monthly commitments.
  • Continuously research and implement innovative tools, gamification strategies, and training apps to enhance engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Champion a culture of learning and continuous improvement across the organization.

What you will bring:

  • Excellent facilitation skills for both in-person and virtual audiences, with the ability to adapt delivery to different learning styles.
  • Skilled in change management and able to serve as a trusted advisor to guide adoption and behavior change through strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and fostering collaboration.
  • Data-driven mindset; able to analyze performance and adoption metrics to demonstrate training impact.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of experience owning the creation of large-scale learning and development projects through all phases including scoping/assessment, design, implementation, and impact measurement across multiple modalities for a large organization.
  • Experience with building and facilitating in-person and live learning events that drive measurable behavior change.
  • Strong preference of experience in the franchise or retail industry and/or deep understanding of small business ownership concepts.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Captivate, and Articulate 360 (including Storyline and Rise).
