Here is what you'll do day-today:

Facilitate and develop key training for employees, managers, and executives.
Consult with key stakeholders within the organization for development needs based on feedback for continuous improvement.
Help develop and present continuous learning programs.
Create and conduct internal training utilizing proven training ideologies and training materials.
Become an expert in isolved University.
Create and deploy communication with employees.
Participate in planning new engaging learning opportunities for ongoing employee education.
Develop and deliver surveys that will help provide a voice for all employees.
Maintain appropriate confidentiality with all HR related information.
Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures.

Here's what we're looking for:

Minimum of 2-3 years training/teaching experience
Some professional development training experience
Strong presentation skills
Strong analytical skills
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Ambitious yet flexible self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing environment
A desire to work hard, make a difference, and have fun doing it
