Position:  Learning & Development Trainer

In this role, you'll play an integral part in developing our people by facilitating impactful training programs, coordinating learning initiatives, administering our Learning Management System (LMS), and creating engaging learning experiences that support employee success. You'll partner with leaders and subject matter experts to equip team members with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to thrive.

What You'll DoInspire Learning & Growth
Facilitate engaging training programs for team members at all levels, including new hire onboarding, sales and service training, technical skills development, professional development, and on-the-job learning.Deliver impactful learning experiences through classroom, virtual, and hybrid formats.Create an inclusive, supportive learning environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and growth.Leverage a variety of learning tools and techniques, including e-learning, interactive activities, simulations, and technology platforms such as Kahoot! and Mentimeter.

Coordinate Learning Programs
Manage training logistics and support the successful delivery of enterprise-wide learning initiatives.Schedule instructor-led training sessions and coordinate resources, materials, and participant communications.Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to ensure training meets organizational needs.
Support Learning Technology
Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).Manage employee learning profiles, course assignments, training materials, and completion records.Generate reports and track training participation, progress, and compliance.
Enhance Learning Effectiveness

What You'll Bring
Three to five years of experience in learning and development, training facilitation, talent development, education, organizational development, or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education, relevant certifications, and professional experience.Experience delivering engaging training programs in classroom, virtual, and hybrid environments.Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) and coordinating learning programs preferred.Passion for helping others learn, grow, and succeed.Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training approaches to meet varying learning styles.Experience administering and supporting a Learning Management System (LMS).Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and learning technologies.Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.Strong observation, coaching, and relationship-building skills.Professional presence and a commitment to delivering exceptionalAbility to travel to branch and offsite locations as needed.1st United Credit Union is an Equal Opportunity Employer
