Learning Experience Designer

The Role
As a member of the Enterprise Learning Experience team (ELX), you will be at the center of Fidelity's initiatives to deliver modern learning experiences across the enterprise. Your insight and ability to develop high-quality learning solutions will be crucial to building effective learning experiences at Fidelity. You will ideate, develop and refine new learning solutions and processes while contributing to complex learning projects.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
We are seeking a creative and innovative designer who brings a curiosity and passion for learning to their work. A successful candidate in this role will bring a strong design-thinking and growth mindset, combined with an in-depth knowledge of how learning works.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Learning Experience Design.
  • Experience building rich, evidence-based, skill-building learning experiences across a variety of settings.
  • In-depth knowledge and skills in learning design and adult learning theory.
  • Ability to design and build learning experiences using modern graphic design, video and authoring tools such as the Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated excellence in project management.
  • Ability to lead, design and develop large-scale projects with tight time constraints.

As a Learning Experience Designer, you will assist our talent programs and learning organizations in producing solutions that deliver on their business outcomes.The base salary range for this position is $66,000-125,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
