Learning Experience Manager

ABOUT THIS POSITION

As a Learning Experience Manager, you will be a key driver of our leadership and learning strategy, ensuring our programs deliver meaningful impact across the organization. You will lead flagship experiences like the Summit Seeker Program, manage the Elevate Podcast Series, and oversee the execution of Waystar Welcome Live and Waystar Fast Start, all while measuring learning effectiveness and managing tailored learning engagements for our leaders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Program Leadership & Delivery
- Serve as the primary program manager for the Summit Seeker Program , overseeing communications, curriculum execution, stakeholder engagement, and experience design.
- Produce and manage Waystar’s Elevate Podcast Series , including identifying guest speakers, scripting episodes, scheduling, and driving listenership.
- Facilitate and deliver learning experiences aligned to Summit Seeker themes, including workshops on executive presence, resilience, storytelling, and more.
Core Learning Consultant Responsibilities
- Facilitate live workshops, virtual learning sessions, and team-based development experiences that align with Waystar’s learning philosophy.
- Consult with leaders across the business to design and deliver Tailored Learning Solutions based on unique team or departmental needs.
- Serve as a learning advisor for key business initiatives requiring upskilling or behavior change.
Onboarding Programs
- Own the execution and continuous improvement of Waystar Welcome Live and Waystar Fast Start , ensuring they reflect company culture, values, and priorities while delivering an engaging and impactful onboarding experience.
Enterprise Event Coordination
- Collaborate in the planning and execution of major enterprise-wide learning events, including the Leadership Summit for Executive Development and Waystar’s annual Day of Learning .
- Partner with internal stakeholders, speakers, and vendors to ensure seamless event logistics and a high-impact participant experience.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Design and implement strategies to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning programs, using data to inform improvements and demonstrate ROI.
- Partner with L&D team members to drive continuous innovation in content design, delivery methods, and learner engagement strategies.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in learning and development, leadership development, or organizational effectiveness.
- Proven experience managing high-impact programs, from design to execution and measurement.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with confidence engaging executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience in podcast production or creative storytelling formats is highly desirable.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with detail-oriented execution in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications in L&D, coaching, or instructional design is a plus.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and performance consulting frameworks.
