Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
In this role, you will establish a center of excellence for upskilling CXO and Executive audiences through short-form content and thought leadership, equipping leaders to bring the concepts of AI Transformation into their organizations. You will lead the creation and curation of a comprehensive learning bill of materials for Executives, and activate this content across multiple channels, including events, social media, and within our agentic learning space, AI Skills Navigator. You’ll take responsibility for managing a stream of entertaining and impactful skilling resources for Executives worldwide.
In this role you will be responsible for following:
  1. CXO short form skilling strategy – Leading the strategy for this audience defining a bill of materials that includes their skilling needs, jobs to be done, learning preferences, trusted influencers, preferred learning channels and more.
  2. Skilling content curation & development – Execute on the strategy to curate and develop engaging short form content (primarily video) within our agentic learning product, building out a learning space that enables CXOs to bring AI to their organizations more effectively.
  3. Audience engagement strategy & execution – Engage and build trust with CXOs across channels including events, communities, outbound channels, and within our learning product.
  4. Social Media activation – Activate content on our social media channels (in partnership with a social media team) to reach and upskill new learners.
  5. Collaboration: Work with teams across social media, marketing, advocacy, and product to embed CXO content across channels and ultimately grow perception of Microsoft as a leader in AI Skilling.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
  • Master's Degree or equivalent AND 3+ years experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, program/project management, or corporate education OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent AND 5+ years experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, program/project management, or corporate education OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Master's Degree or equivalent AND 8+ years experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, program/project management, or corporate education OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent AND 12+ years experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, program/project management, or corporate education OR equivalent experience.
  • Microsoft Fundamentals Certification
  • Coaching (e.g., International Coaching Federation), Project and/or Program Management Professional, archival, or related certifications.

Integrated Learning IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
