How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Learning Operations & Process Ownership: Experience managing operational processes, governance frameworks, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability.
- Training Program Design & Delivery: Demonstrated ability to design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate technical learning programs, onboarding experiences, and role-based development curricula.
- Cross-Functional Program Leadership: Proven ability to lead complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Instructional Design & Content Development: Experience creating engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles, including instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and digital learning solutions.
- Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Ability to analyze performance data, learning metrics, stakeholder feedback, and operational trends to drive informed decisions and improve learning outcomes.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking
- Experience with Learning Technologies: Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, content authoring tools, and learning analytics solutions.
- Change Enablement & Organizational Readiness: Experience supporting technology, process, or organizational change initiatives through communication, training, and adoption strategies.
- Technical Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with IT operations, technology governance, digital workflows, or enterprise technology environments.
- Project Management Experience: Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives, including planning, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and implementation activities.
