Role Summary:
The L&D Program Specialist will provide hands-on program, learning operations, and coordination support for enterprise capability-building initiatives. The role will support Create the Future learning activities, Ways of Working reinforcement, Power Skills, and related learning programs, enabling the Leadership Development team to maintain high-quality delivery while increasing focus on strategic 2027 priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics and execution for enterprise learning and capability-building activities.
  • Support Ways of Working sessions, reinforcement activities, Team Talks, and related participant resources.
  • Coordinate Power Skills rollout activities and associated learning materials.
  • Manage schedules, participant rosters, communications, changes, reminders, and follow-up.
  • Support program enrollments, completion tracking, and reporting.
  • Maintain program trackers, delivery calendars, status updates, and documentation.
  • Coordinate learning materials, translation needs, facilitator resources, and version control.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve participant and program delivery issues.
  • Compile participation, completion, and delivery data for routine program reporting.
  • Support vendor and external partner coordination as needed.
  • Provide project support for broader learning optimization activities as priorities are confirmed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, learning operations, or program management.
  • Experience coordinating enterprise or large-scale learning programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of learning management systems and learning administration processes.
  • Strong project management, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholder requests simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools; experience with tracking and reporting tools preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting global learning programs or geographically distributed audiences.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, Talent Hub, or comparable enterprise LMS platforms.
  • Experience coordinating translated or multilingual learning materials.
  • Experience supporting leadership development, capability-building, or behavior-change initiatives.
  • Familiarity with vendor coordination and external learning partners.
