Learning Solutions Manager | Talent Development Team 
Through our pillars of Learning, Performance Management, and Career Development, the Talent Development Team prepares Accordionites to deliver high-quality work, promote individual and team development, and lead in the market. We sit within the People Team and work in close collaboration with the HR Business Partners, Resource Management, Recruiting, and People Operations to bring valuable talent development support to all Accordion employees.

This position would ideally be located in our NYC office but could be based in any of our U.S. office locations. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week. Some domestic travel may be required to support in-person learning events across the country (not expected to exceed 30%).

What You’ll Do: 
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Learning Solutions Manager to join our growing Talent Development Team. Reporting to the Head of Talent Development, this role will serve as the bridge between strategy and execution—translating learning needs into innovative, scalable, and high-impact programs that enable Accordion’s consultants and business teams to grow and perform.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in curriculum design, program development, and stakeholder management—comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This individual will also serve as a mentor and thought partner to our Learning Administrators, elevating the team’s operational excellence and expanding the firm’s learning capabilities globally. Key responsibilities will include: 

Learning Design & Program Development
  • Partner with the Head of Talent Development to translate business priorities into scalable learning solutions aligned to firm strategy
  • Design, develop, and iterate learning programs, courses, and curricula that address skill development, leadership growth, and career readiness
  • Build blended learning experiences leveraging multiple modalities (in-person, virtual, self-paced, social & peer learning, and digital content)
  • Serve as lead designer and project manager for key learning initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes
  • Curate or create learning content (toolkits, facilitator guides, job aids, and eLearning) aligned with adult learning principles
Program Management & Implementation
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of major learning programs—including project plans, communication strategies, and success metrics
  • Partner with Learning Administrators to manage logistics, LMS setup (Docebo), communications, and tracking
  • Maintain and enhance the learning catalog and curriculum roadmap, ensuring programs evolve with business needs
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external vendors to source or co-develop content as needed
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
  • Define program success criteria, gather participant and stakeholder feedback, and measure impact beyond satisfaction metrics
  • Use data and insights to recommend enhancements and demonstrate learning ROI
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Coach and develop Learning Administrators, providing guidance on instructional best practices and process improvements
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating their needs into targeted learning experiences
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Learning function as Accordion expands both domestically and internationally 

You Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in the field of Learning / Instructional Design or a related field
  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in learning design and development, talent development, or organizational effectiveness roles
  • Deep experience in learning program design and delivery—preferably in professional services, consulting, or other fast-paced, client-oriented environments
  • Demonstrated success managing complex learning projects end-to-end
  • Experience with learning technologies (LMS platforms: Docebo preferred, authoring tools, and virtual facilitation)
  • Strong grounding in adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, organized, and able to balance strategy with hands-on execution
  • Skilled at translating business needs into actionable learning solutions
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to use metrics and insights to inform decisions
  • Forward-thinking in applying AI to Learning & Development, with an interest in leveraging emerging tools to enhance learning design, automation, and measurement
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration platforms (Zoom and Teams)

The annual salary for this role ranges from: $120,000 to $140,000 USD + benefits + bonus.

Actual compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, cost of labor and internal equity.
