Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct learning needs analyses and consult with internal stakeholders to identify capability gaps and recommend appropriate solutions. 10%
  • Design, develop, and implement engaging learning programs (both in-person and digital). 30%
  • Partner with SMEs to create tailored content for diverse employee groups, ensuring alignment with ABBYY’s strategy. 5%
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and learning initiatives for employees and people managers. 20%
  • Oversee and optimize the use of ABBYY’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring efficient delivery and tracking of learning activities. 10%
  • Monitor, assess, evaluate and report on the effectiveness and ROI of learning programs using data-driven approaches. 5%
  • Support change management and organizational development initiatives through targeted learning strategies. 5%
  • Manage and optimize the use of LinkedIn Learning, including user engagement, content curation, reporting and integration with Learning and Development initiatives. 10%
  • Stay current on L&D trends, digital tools, and learning methodologies to continuously evolve ABBYY’s learning ecosystem. 5%

Preferred skills and qualifications include:
  • CIPD in Learning & Development or equivalent.
  • Coaching qualification (desirable).
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Learning & Development or Talent role.
  • Proven experience of designing, delivering and evaluating corporate learning solutions across various modalities (e.g. eLearning, virtual classroom etc.).
  • Experience of using Articulate 360 suite (desirable).
  • Experience of using Camtasia (desirable).
  • Experience of administering and maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS), including managing its content, user access and reporting functionalities.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to analyze learning data to show learning transfer and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $77,000 and $89,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
