Serve as the primary contact for the Office of Accessibility and Disability Resources.
Oversee academic support services, including class scheduling, tutoring, and study skills for assigned sports teams.
Communicate with coaches, academic advisors, and compliance staff regarding advising and eligibility issues.
Required knowledge includes Microsoft Office, NCAA and MAC conference regulations, and FERPA compliance.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 1-3 years experience in student development, athletics, or academic support; Master’s preferred.
Preferred qualifications: Master’s in special education, counseling, or related field and experience working with at-risk or learning-disabled students.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends and demonstrate cultural competence and strong interpersonal communication skills.
