Job Summary
The Learning Systems & Digital Operations Manager supports the university's strategic communication, learning, development, and process improvement initiatives by managing, optimizing, and integrating digital learning platforms and technical applications.  This role provides expert-level administration of the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning platforms, including LinkedIn Learning, leads digital solutions that enhance workforce learning and system utilization, and serves as the technical lead to HR, Organizational Effectiveness.  The position combines system architecture, governance, digital content strategy, and cross-functional technical support to ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient learning experiences across the institution.  In this role, you will be responsible for establishing clear reporting mechanisms and defining key performance indicators to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning systems and digital solutions.  This is a hybrid position.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, a technical discipline or a related field
  • Six or more years of experience in human resources, learning management systems, digital business tools or business/system analysis
  • Consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of required education and related work experience
  • Experience with cloud-based enterprise systems
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant applications
  • High level of skill with Excel and applicable reporting functionality
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence outcomes, and collaborate across departments
  • Ability to lead and manage complex projects - large or small - ensuring results align with timelines, scope, and budget
