Job Summary
The Manager of Learning Technology and Operations will lead the learning operations team and is responsible for enterprise learning operations to include learning systems, learning technology, and process and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Responsible for enterprise learning operations to include learning systems, learning technology, and process and procedures.
  • Support the development and implementation of the enterprise learning strategy.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders, learning partners and vendors to implement new functionality to include required assessments and reviews (i.e., cyber risk assessment, privacy and AI review, design engagement review, etc.)
  • Monitor and resolve learning platform and integration errors.
  • Responsible for governance and maintenance of the learning system.
  • Analyze and recommend solutions to utilize the learning system to deliver, track and measure training to meet organizational objectives, including technical upskilling and the learning dashboard.
  • Perform complex learning system troubleshooting.
  • Lead and direct the work of the learning operations team. Foster an environment of employee growth and development and provide opportunities for skill enhancement.
  • Responsible for timesheet approvals, performance check-ins and pay planning.

Required Qualifications
  • Typically requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience. Generally has 4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
  • Experience with administration of learning management systems (LMS), 5+ years preferred
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to complex issues
  • Experience consulting with stakeholders and learning partners/vendors
  • Strong systems thinking and project management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
