Job Description
The Learning & Talent Development Senior Specialist supports the development of talent strategies that help drive organizational growth through investment in our people, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality training programs and learning experiences to our employees. This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of GLTD’s talent development programs, developing, and maintaining processes, tools and resources and data intelligence for department. Key areas of focus include performance management, global compliance program development and delivery, career development, LMS admin and management, and team & management program development and delivery

Responsibilities
  • Global Compliance: Responsible for all compliance training requirements globally. Project Management of global compliance delivery calendar. Ensuring each compliance requirement is reviewed, updated and alignment for business needs and delivery. Responsible for global communication and messaging to create awareness and ensure completion.
  • Content souring &/or e-Learn build depending on our requirements and needs.
  • LMS: Implement, configure, and manage the Learning Management System platform to ensure it meets RB Global organizational training needs and goals. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems with course design, LMS new functionality and infrastructure. Make recommendations on future improvements to content management, workflow processes and user experience. Recommend future improvements to content management, workflow processes, and user experience to improve learner experience and business impact. Process KPI data to identify training needs, knowledge gaps and recommend solutions. Promotion campaigns to drive adoption Oversees RB Global Learn mailbox, responds according and uses information for enhancements needed and identifying trends.
  • Project and Resource Lead for Global technical initiatives:
  • Provides advice, counsel and manages workflow for specific projects based on a people systems implementation. Using broad understanding of the business and technical workflow knowledge to managing resources and identify risks. Leads cross functional teams of varying levels to deliver expected products for systems implementations.
  • Program & Content Development: Facilitation of weekly Global Welcome Orientation Delivery (VILT) of Personal and Team Effectiveness programs as requested by the business. Maintain strong competencies related to instructional design and technology-based learning. L&D program content design as required (e-learn, course materials, job-aids)
  • Team Administrator: Coordination & support for ILT, production, management of GLTD Calander and co-ordination of resources. Maintain records and provide reports as needed in support of GLTD’s KPIs and ESG & 10-K Reporting in support of corporate controller.
  • Performance Management: 4x4 support process as required for company population
  • willing to perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications
  • 4-7 Years direct work experience in a similar role.
