- Coordinate and attend legislative meetings, conferences, and special events, including overnight travel.
- Maintain a database of industry organizations and state legislative contacts.
- Coordinate annual congressional visits for the UF/IFAS Council on Agriculture, Research, Extension and Teaching (CARET).
- Requires knowledge of office procedures, communication skills, filing systems, spelling and grammar, and basic arithmetic.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.
- Expected hourly salary: $24.90; position eligible for Veteran's preference.
