To support our growing business in India, we are hiring dynamic graduates and postgraduates as Management Trainees for one year. This program will provide exposure to the publishing industry and McGraw Hill, helping you build a strong foundation for a career in the fast-evolving education sector.
How are you creating an impact?
As a Management Trainee in McGraw Hill's Higher Education team, you will promote our print and digital learning solutions in colleges and universities. By engaging with faculty, building relationships, and supporting smooth adoption of our tools, you'll help deliver impactful learning experiences and contribute to our mission of unlocking the potential of every learner. We are looking for two Management Trainees to join our team in Bengaluru-Remote.
What will you be doing?
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities for higher education products (textbooks, eBooks, and digital learning platforms).
  • Visit colleges to build demand, promote offerings, and represent McGraw Hill at events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with faculty and decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and trainings for faculty and students.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective pipeline management and territory planning.
