Kansas State University is hiring a Manager, Academic Student Services to lead the Academic Coaching Program within the Academic Achievement Center. The manager directs daily program activities, supervises staff, manages student outreach, and implements initiatives that promote student retention and academic success through individualized coaching.
Highlights
Provide leadership and daily management of academic coaching programs
Coordinate program activities and supervise a team of academic coaches and graduate assistants
Manage student communications and outreach, including for special student cohorts such as admitted by exception and sponsored scholars
Use data dashboards to identify student needs and prompt timely outreach
Support professional development of coaching staff and align collaboration efforts with college success teams
Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent plus seven years of relevant student support experience
Preferred qualifications include Master's degree in Education or related fields, teaching/professional development experience, and supervision experience
Experience with program management, assessment, and coaching college students is preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
