Manager, Communications & Engagement Full Description

KnowBe4 empowers the modern workforce to make smarter security decisions every day, providing attack simulation and training, collaboration security, and agent security to more than 70,000 organizations worldwide. This is a remote position open to candidates in the US only.

The Manager, Communications & Engagement serves as a versatile communications generalist supporting internal and executive communications across the business, flexing across projects from high-visibility executive messaging to people-team initiatives and internal events.

Responsibilities
  • Partners with senior leaders to shape executive communications, talking points, and remarks for Daily Briefing, all-hands, and other key company moments.
  • Partners with HR to write and distribute employee-facing communications, including policy updates and organizational-change announcements.
  • Drafts and edits internal distributions, intranet content, and company-wide announcements.
  • Supports internal event communications, including company anniversaries, Sales Kickoffs, and the annual KB4-CON customer conference.
  • Maintains the communications calendar to plan and sequence messaging across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Measures and reports on the effectiveness of communications initiatives, iterating based on engagement data.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience building and executing communications strategies, including support for senior executives.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style across executive, HR, and all-employee audiences.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with comfort managing shifting priorities and ambiguous scope.
  • Base pay for this position ranges from $100,000-$110,000.
